Lady Sweat is a place where you can shake it off, build a network of awesome gal pals and have a meaningful impact on issues facing women. Instructor-led by perinatal fitness expert Kathleen Donahoe, Lady Sweat will help you feel good and do good.

Lady Sweat is for people over the age of 15 who want to move and sweat and dance in a non-judgmental, female-focused space. All fitness levels are welcome- you’ll manage your intensity level. You can wear sweatpants or yoga pants or pants-with-holes— anything you can move in. Bring a water bottle and a friend. Classes are every Tuesday at 6:15am and Saturday at 8:15am. Register here.
